We need a parent or two to volunteer to manage the team.  I am currently updating the website and registration forms, renewing the insurance, and renewing swimtopia so it will be mainly working with the coaches to plan a couple of team building activities, recruit parent volunteers, and pay the lane fees/coaches fees using the registration money.
